As the owner and president, Ricky Spell has created the overall success of Residential Tech Inc. He started the business in 1992. As a result of his 25+ years of experience, our customers benefit from his knowledge and expert workmanship. Residential Tech Inc. is a hands-on, family business. In 2019, Jake Spell joined the company after graduating from Clemson University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Construction Science and Management. Jake brings a new generation of dedication to the field.
